Elm Avenue Centre

This project involved the redevelopment of a former dry cleaning establishment to create a viable commercial property. We re-designed the masonry structure to create five retail spaces with barrier-free street access.

The exterior insulation and cladding system provided the option of exposing the original brickwork as part of the interior décor in one the spaces.

The adjacent building was subsequently redesigned in a complementary style to completed the redefinition of the streetscape.

The Elm Avenue Centre renovation re-established the area as an integral part of the downtown shopping and pedestrian core.
